You are bidding on a Marksman LTI 20-20 LIDAR gun. This unit uses an invisible laser beam to detect speed and distances. The unit ALSO can be used as a timing device to determine speed without shooting the laser. Four or more devices in ONE!
It is USED, but in good working condition.
The unit comes in a fitted foam lined hard shell plastic case. The LIDAR unit INCLUDES the shoulder stalk / brace. I will guarantee it NOT to be D.O.A.
I will provide the operators' instruction manual (copy) and any how to questions to operate the unit. While its AS SIMPLE as point and shoot, there are things to consider when trying to obtain a reading or speed. REflectivity of the surface being shot and the steady hold (aim) of the unit are crucial to your success.

LTI is LaserTech.com The orginal LTI was the LTI 20/20 which the state of NJ banned at the supreme court then re-instated in 1998. Google the Stanton decision of 1997 and the NJ state polices' tests to prove accuracy of the unit.
The newer and latest version of the LTI 20/20 was the Marksman which is for auction here. The newest is the UltraLyte 100/200 at their web site above. These units were $3,000 when new and primarily LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY.
This unit can be upgraded to a statistical data package by the manufacturer or authorized repair facility.
I can get this unit certified for an additonal $50 and a weeks delay as the testing of the unit is in the field and needs good weather to perform several of the functions for calibration.
I've used several of these LIDAR and radar units over the past 11 years, and I know more about them than Law Enforcement officers with regards to their accuracy and potential errors in speed readings.
The Marksman measures speed in 1/3 second. The beam is pin point up close, but 3' wide at 1,000 feet.

This unit is in use TODAY by many agencies and I saw one in use by the Mass State police on Cape Cod last week.
